Will Strength Training Make You Manlier?


If you lift weights to become bigger and stronger does it actually make you more of a man? Well, let’s take a look at the reasons why I think the answer can only be “YES!!”;

When you do strength training and weight lifting your testosterone levels will increase. Testosterone is the MAN hormone. When you have more testosterone you get bigger muscles (which is why some bodybuilders inject themselves with it), lower bodyfat percentage and not to mention increased libido, or sexdrive if you want. Those are all fairly manly qualities wouldn’t you say?

But wait there’s more. When your muscles grow, you’ll burn more fat, right? So that means you’ll look better. Basically then; when your muscles grow so does your confidence, and confidence is pretty much the key for a rewarding and successful life as a man. With confidence it’ll be easier to, among other things, approach girls, to ask your boss for a raise or to start a new project.
